With counselling we will work together to help you understand your thought patterns, recognise triggers to unhelpful thoughts and begin identifying more helpful, realistic thoughts, and regain some control of your thoughts.
Anger is a normal, healthy, human emotion. How we manage our anger however can be the tricky part and difficult at times!
Counselling can be helpful, to find better ways of managing anger. By looking at where our anger comes from we can explore whether that anger is still needed and consider other ways of managing it.
We can also look at ways to help us manage in the moment, so rather than allowing the anger build to such a point that we feel out of control, we can work on putting steps in place to help us stay in control.
